This Privacy Policy explains how LyncDoc (“we”, “us”, “our”), a service operated by SASC Services (OPC) Private Limited, collects, uses, shares and protects your information when you use our website, web apps, and WhatsApp service (together, the “Platform”). LyncDoc connects patients with independent, verified doctors and nurses for home visits in India.

By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) to let you book a doctor by chat, to notify you when a doctor accepts your booking, and to deliver one-time login codes. By sharing your WhatsApp number with us, you consent to receive these service messages. You can stop messaging us at any time; transactional messages relate only to your own bookings and account.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You may ask us to delete your account and associated data (see “Your rights”).

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including row-level access controls in our database and encryption of data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

Subject to applicable law (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may request to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@lyncdoc.in. We will respond within a reasonable time. You can edit much of your profile information directly within the app.

The Platform is intended for adults (18+). A parent or guardian may use the Platform to book a visit for a minor in their care and is responsible for the information they provide.
